7:30–8:00 AM: Start your day with hotel pickup from the Hanoi Old Quarter or Opera House area. Our friendly guide will welcome you aboard as you depart for the stunning countryside of Ninh Binh Province, known as “Ha Long Bay on land.”
9:15 AM: Take a short 15–20 minute rest stop to refresh before continuing.
10:15 AM: Your first destination is Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Vietnam’s capital during the 10th and 11th centuries under the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties. Learn about Vietnam’s early feudal history and explore the remaining temples and grounds. Afterward, enjoy a peaceful bicycle ride around the local village, where you can observe the daily life of rural Vietnamese communities.
12:00 PM: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant, offering a range of authentic Ninh Binh specialties such as goat meat, spring rolls, fried rice, and vegetarian options.
🚣 Option NB01: Tam Coc Boat Trip
After lunch, hop on a bamboo boat rowed by local people along the Hoang Long River, passing through three cave systems—known as Tam Coc. The two-hour boat ride takes you past peaceful fishing villages, lush rice fields, and towering limestone formations.
🛶 Option NB02: Trang An Boat Trip
Alternatively, take a small boat through the Trang An Eco-Tourism complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover a mystical network of caves—Sang, Toi, Ba Giot, Nau Ruou—while taking in breathtaking views of limestone cliffs, peaceful rivers, and green fields.
4:00 PM: Continue to Hang Mua (Dragon Peak). Climb nearly 500 stone steps to reach the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with a panoramic view of Tam Coc and surrounding rice fields—especially beautiful during lotus season.
5:30 PM: After an adventurous day, return to your bus and head to your homestay, bungalow, or hotel.

11:15 – 11:30 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour and enjoy some free time to relax and take in the fresh sea breeze.
11:45 – 12:00 PM: Meet your tour guide and board the cruise ship. Begin your incredible journey through Ha Long Bay, passing iconic formations like Dog Rock, Incense Burner, and Fighting Cock Islet, the symbol of the bay. As you cruise, enjoy a delicious lunch of traditional Vietnamese cuisine served onboard.
1:30 PM: Explore the stunning Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave)—the largest and most magnificent grotto in the bay, famous for its massive chambers filled with stalactites and stalagmites.
2:45 PM: The cruise continues to Luon Cave, a peaceful water cave surrounded by steep limestone cliffs. Here, you can enjoy kayaking or take a bamboo boat ride rowed by local people—or simply stay on the boat to relax and enjoy the views.
3:45 PM: Next, visit Titop Island, where you can either swim in the clear waters or hike to the summit for breathtaking panoramic views of the bay—perfect for photos.
4:30 PM: It’s time to unwind with a Sunset Party onboard. Sip on some red wine, snack on fresh fruit and French fries, and watch the sun dip below the horizon as you cruise back to harbor.
5:45 – 6:00 PM: Disembark at Ha Long Harbour and board the bus back to Hanoi.
8:30 – 9:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. End of your unforgettable Ha Long Bay adventure.
