Day 1: Ho Chi Minh arrival

Upon arrival, your driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Please note there will be a short walk to the airport parking area. Hotel check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Enjoy a free afternoon at your leisure.

Day 2: Mekong Delta (B/L)

7:30-8:00 AM: Bus will pick up you at hotel.

Departing from the bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh City, begin your journey to My Tho, a charming riverside town along the Mekong River. Your first stop is the serene Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful 19th-century temple known for its ornate architecture and tranquil atmosphere.

Next, embark on a relaxing boat trip through the Mekong’s winding waterways, passing by the legendary Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands. On Unicorn Island, enjoy fresh tropical fruits and traditional Southern folk music as villagers warmly welcome you.

Stroll along peaceful village roads, then glide down Thoi Son Canal in a hand-rowed sampan to a local honey farm, where you’ll sample sweet honey tea and watch how coconut candy is made.

After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, continue your adventure with a casual bike ride through Tan Thach village, waving to friendly locals along the way. Prefer to relax? Lounge in a shaded hammock and breathe in the fresh country air.

As the sun sets, the quiet charm of the Mekong Delta lingers with you on your return drive to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnel - Fly to Hanoi (B)

7:30-8:00 AM– Bus will pick up you from hotel to go for tour.

Start your day by exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, a remarkable example of Vietnamese wartime ingenuity. Journey through the intricate underground network, discover how it was used by soldiers, and experience the challenging conditions firsthand. Enjoy tasting local tea and cassava, and for those interested, try your skills at the optional shooting range before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City.

After returning to Ho Chi Minh, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, your driver will welcome you and take you to your hotel for check-in. Spend the evening at your leisure, with meals arranged on your own, and relax overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4: Full Day City Tour in Hanoi (B/L)

8:00-8:30 AM: Bus will come to pick up you at hotel.

Start at the Ho Chi Minh Complex to see Uncle Ho’s embalmed body and his former residence. Visit the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy. Next, explore the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to discover Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups, or the Vietnamese Women’s Museum if it’s Monday.

Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch before visiting the serene Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake, Hanoi’s oldest pagoda. Continue to the historic Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, and then to Hoa Lo Prison, a poignant reminder of Vietnam’s colonial struggle. Return to your hotel by 4:30 PM for a restful evening. Dinner is at your own arrangement.

Day 5: One day Halong Bay Tour (B/L)

7:30- 8:00 AM tour guide will pick up you from Hanoi’s city center or Old Quarter. Arrive at Tuan Chau Tourist Wharf around 11:45 AM and board your Ha Long Bay cruise, greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and assistance from your tour guide.

Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese seafood lunch with vegeterian food on cruise while cruising past iconic rock formations like the Incense Burner and Cock Fighting Rocks. Explore the magnificent Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Grotto)—the largest and most spectacular cave in Ha Long Bay. One highlight is kayaking or taking a bamboo boat ride to discover Luon Cave, offering a personal and peaceful way to experience the bay’s serene waters.

Next, visit Ti Top Island, where you can swim or hike up to Ti Top peak for panoramic photos of the bay’s breathtaking scenery. At 4:30 PM, return to the boat and join the lively sunset party on deck with red wine, French fries, cakes, and fresh fruits as the boat sails back toward Ha Long harbor.

6:00 PM, the driver transfers you back to Hanoi reaching old quarter around 8:45 PM, where your guide and driver bid you farewell, concluding a perfect day in Ha Long Bay.
